Who can come? Any Girl scout who sold Girl Scout Cookies this season 2011. Must be over 12 years old. Must be in closed toed shoes..
First 50 Scouts who register will join us. GSSGC is hosting this journey. Bring your sparkle attitude, 50 thank you letters. We will feed you breakfast, Operation Gratitude will feed you lunch. Special T-shirts for our Operation Gratitude cast of characters!
You must download the release form and bring it with you.
Clothing, Shoes, Purses, etc.
~Please wear closed-toe shoes: no sandals or flip-flops.
~Wear comfortable clothing; please avoid political statements on clothing.
~Please lock purse or other valuables in your car: We do not have a safe place for them and will not accept responsibility for personal property.
SIGN-IN
~All volunteers must sign in at the Volunteer Table by the front door and fill out a new Release form for the current Drive--even if you have volunteered in the past.
~Please wear a name tag at all times.
~To receive Community Service Credit, you MUST sign-in and sign-out at the COMMUNITY SERVICE TABLE--this is separate from the Volunteer Sign In Table. No Community Service credit will be given to anyone who did not sign in and out; we cannot verify volunteer hours without this documentation. You will be given a certificate verifying your volunteer hours when you sign out; we cannot provide duplicate certificates so please make sure you do not lose the certificate you are given on the day you volunteer.
Register today! Space is limited to 50 girl scouts. adult participation will be based on space. If we do not have 50 girls we can fill in with adults/ leaders from the wait list. Chaperones are Elizabeth Locke-Thomas, Devon Spira, Vickie Ward, Stephanie Miller, Mary Moore.
