SHARE Family Partnership

While a girl pays $12 a year to join Girl Scouts (membership fee to GSUSA), the Council’s cost to provide a year of high quality programs is more than $250.  If you believe in the value of Girl Scouting, we ask you to participate.  The $12 Girl Scout membership fee goes directly to Girl Scouts USA—no portion of it stays at Council.

100% of monies from the SHARE Family Partnership Campaign stay within the GSSGC Council and our local communities.

The Campaign funds safety training for volunteers working with girls, helps keep program fees low, provides resources for repair and upgrading of camps like Azalea Trails, and supports events and activities enjoyed by adult volunteers and girls throughout Riverside and San Bernardino counties.

If you can answer “yes!” to any of the following questions, you have benefited from Family Partnership contributions.

• Have you attended Girl Scout leader training?
• Have you used Council forms to facilitate a trip, money-earning activity or event?
• Have you received help from a Council staff member that solved a problem?
• Have you used Council supplies or other property for a community service event?
• Has anyone in your troop attended Camp Azalea Trails or another summer camp?

Your contribution—along with the donations of hundreds of other SHARE Family Partners—help to fund essential components of the Girl Scout program.  We rely on your support to help us provide girls with the experiences, memories, and skills that will serve them all their lives. SHARE is an investment in your daughter, your troop, your Council, and your community.
