Even girls with many advantages can find themselves in a triple bind—expected to excel at “girl skills” like compassion and cooperation, achieve “boy goals” related to competition and winning, and be models of female perfection, all at the same time.

While a girl pays $12/year to join Girl Scouts (fee to GSUSA), the Council’s cost to provide a year of high quality programs is over $250. The $12 Girl Scout membership fee goes directly to Girl Scouts USA--no portion of it stays at Council.
100% of the funds donated to SHARE Family Partnership stay within the Council to help girls in our local communities. Campaign funds pay for safety training for volunteers working with girls, helps keep program fees low, and supports events and activities enjoyed by Girl Scouts and volunteers throughout San Bernardino and Riverside counties.
Your contribution--along with the donations of hundreds of other SHARE Family Partners--help fund essential components of the Girl Scout experience. We rely on your support to help provide girls with the experiences, memories and skills that will serve them all their lives.
