Be sure to complete the form in its entirety; incomplete or incorrect forms will be returned and may jeopardize placement in the event. Registrations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. We will not be accepting registration via Fax.
Mail registration forms to Girl Scouts of San Gorgonio Council at the Central Service Center: 1751 Plum Lane, Redlands, CA 92374. When you register online you can pay by credit card. (A quick note for current Girl Scouts: Cookie Cards cannot be used for the online system.)
Make checks payable to Girl Scouts of San Gorgonio Council. Due to auditing requirements, checks will be cashed upon receipt. This does not guarantee placement in an event. Full refunds will be issued if the Council is unable to complete registration for desired events. Registrations will NOT be taken over the phone.
Activities can be quite popular and may fill very quickly. Don’t wait! Registrations will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis until closing date. Event registrations will continued to be accepted until full. The next five registrations will be placed on a waiting list and notified if cancellations occur. Min/Max participant totals will also be updated in the Event Calendar on an ongoing basis.
Confirmations will be sent one to two weeks prior to the event. Information listed as TBD (To Be Determined) will be disclosed in confirmation letters.
All cancellations must be made in writing PRIOR to the event closing date and are subject to a 15% service fee. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after the event closing date. Full refunds will be issued for events cancelled by the Council or if the registration cannot be accepted.
